Sign up for all the upcoming sessions in a group at once, even across groups. More sign-ups per player, fewer empty spots.
Players see which friends signed up for which sessions, and nudge the ones who haven't. People follow their friends onto your courts.
Another way in the door, and a live roster everyone can see. Your front desk stops being a clipboard.

The conversation that used to live in a text chain now lives with your club, with a heads-up when new sessions open.
Players friend each other and send a "Great Partner" after a good game. People who feel appreciated, renew.
Your club stops being just courts. It's where your members feel they belong.
Reward checking in, bringing a friend, playing off-peak. Quiet hours get played, and guests become members.
Dozens of badges for showing up, being a great partner, and welcoming new players. They earned the points, so they stay to spend them at renewal.

Tuesday, 2 PM.Eight courts. Nobody on them.
Club ratings and coach ratings give every player a fair number. Ratings are a new line of revenue on their own.
Players tell us their level and when they're free. We match them, they say "in", and the court gets booked in CourtReserve.

Push the check-in roster to any TV or kiosk from your staff console. Players see their name the moment they arrive. It makes your club feel like theirs.

We'll listen to your club situation and recommend the best onboarding for you.
For players, at any club
Run your own private community, set up games with your crew, and find match-ups at your level, at any club. When your club runs PqlPlay, all your open plays will be here too. Plus, easier sign-up & check-in, ratings, and club rewards.
You can start for free at any club. Your first 3 months are unlimited.
Turn "show up and hope" into "show up and play with friends."
Walk in, tap once, you're on the roster. No clipboard, no line at the desk.
The live roster shows who's checked in right now, with your friends called out. Know it's your crowd before you drive over.
Some groups are banded by rating (3.0 to 4.0, 3.5+, beginners' night), so every game is competitive, not lopsided.

The hardest part of pickleball isn't the third-shot drop. It's getting the same four people on a court at the same time.
Spin up a game, invite your crew, and see who's in at a glance. Clubs that have connected PqlPlay to CourtReserve can auto-book courts; anywhere else, you book the court.
Every session shows how full it is and which friends are already in. No more "is anyone going tonight?" texts.
Friend the people you play with, chat with your group, and send kudos after a great game.
Anyone can call themselves a 4.0 in a group text. In PqlPlay your rating comes from your club and its coaches, the people who actually watch you play.
A verified rating means the games you join are honestly matched, your progress is real when it moves, and "what level are you?" stops being an awkward question.

Showing up, playing and being part of the community earns you points at your club, and points turn into real things at the front desk.
Earn for checking in, playing sessions, bringing a friend. Your club decides the ways to earn.
Higher tiers stretch your points further. The regulars get the best deals.
Earn badges for showing up and being a great partner, and collect kudos from the people you play with.
Start a private community with your crew today. Invite-only, free, and it works at any club or park. Match-ups too.
You run the community, so you never pay.

Communities
A community is a group of players who play together at your club: the Tuesday-night regulars, the ladies' morning group, the advanced ladder.
OpenAnyone at the club can join with one tap. Open communities have recommended levels and are listed for everyone.
Level-gatedJoin if your verified rating sits inside its band, say 3.5 to 4.0. Verified means a rating from your club or a coach.
PrivateInvitation only: a standing game, a team, a circle of friends. You can't find it or ask to join. Someone inside adds you. Free at any club, with or without CourtReserve, and the owner never pays.

Ratings
Anyone can call themselves a 4.0 in a group text. In PqlPlay your rating comes from your club and its coaches, the people who actually watch you play.
Your Competition Rating starts from the rating your club or coach gave you and moves with every scored game you play.
Included in Ratings & Rewards and Club Tier

Rewards
Your club rewards players for playing. Every session earns points, and points buy rewards: a free session, a guest pass, pro-shop credit.
The more someone plays in a year, the higher their tier and the less their rewards cost. The rewards on offer, what they cost and how many points each activity earns are all set by your club.

Match-ups
A group is everyone at your level who likes the same time of week. Six people and we start proposing games: the first four IN get the court.
Free for players · Player tier

Private games
Any four members can play. Pick the people, pick the time, say who is booking the court, and send the invites.
Keep score in the app and everyone's Competition Rating moves with the results.
Free for players · Player tier

Rankings
One list for the whole club, level by level, opened at your own row. Each row shows a player's original rating, how much their games have moved it, and the total.
Tap the plus next to anyone to start building a game with them. Players who would rather not be listed can switch themselves off in Settings.
With the Player Pass · included at Club Tier clubs

Badges & kudos
Badges are the app's way of noticing what players do: turning up, making friends, cheering others on. Nobody applies for one. Keep playing and they arrive.
A kudo is a quick cheer for someone you have just played with. It takes one tap, and it makes their day.

Player support
PqlPlay is the player app for pickleball clubs. Private communities, private games and match-ups are free at all clubs; check-in, ratings and rewards for clubs that join PqlPlay. If something isn't working the way it should, we'll get you sorted.
The fastest way to reach a real person. Tell us what happened and we'll dig in.
Staff can often sort club-specific issues (schedules, ratings, memberships) fastest.
Private communities, private games and match-ups are free at any club. Your first 3 months are unlimited. After that you get 3 free games a month, plus 2 more for every friend who joins with your invite, and those never expire. If you play more than that, the Player Pass is $5 a month or $49 a year (a founding price through June 2027), and it adds Scoring and Rankings. If you run a community, you never pay. At clubs on the Club Tier, members play unlimited and the pass is included.
Give it a minute. Codes usually land within a few seconds but can lag on a slow connection. Check that you entered the right phone number, and that your carrier isn't blocking short codes. Still nothing after a couple of tries? Email us and we'll check what went out on our end.
PqlPlay only shows clubs that run it, and it matches you up using the phone number and details your club has on file. If your club is missing or you're linked to the wrong one, tell your front desk or email us your name and the club you play at, and we'll get it straightened out.
Check-in unlocks once you're inside your club's session window and, for some clubs, inside the building itself, so arriving early or checking in from the parking lot can be a step too soon. If you're on site during an active session and it's still stuck, email us with the club and session name and we'll take a look.
Your rating comes from your club and its coaches, not from a setting you can toggle, so a rating change goes through your club. Your name is the one your club has on file too. For either one, start with your front desk. If that stalls, email us and we'll help route it.
In-app alerts always show in your notification feed. Push and text are separate: each notification type has its own on/off switch under Settings, then Notifications, in the app, so a missing push or text is usually a toggle worth checking there first. Still off after that? Email us.
Removes your kudos, badges, friends, communities, match-up history and photo. Your club's CourtReserve membership and bookings are untouched.
